NJ Department of Transportation Certificate of Compliance Notice

NJ DOT has announced a certificate of compliance notice. As a result of a FHWA audit of improper payment the NJDOT will now request contractors to submit a Cover Sheet/Check list for Manufacturer/Supplier along with their materials certification of compliance.

This NJDOT request is effective immediately.
