UTCA Executive Director David Rible Appointed to NJ Transportation Trust Fund Authority
In June, the New Jersey State Senate unanimously approved the nomination of UTCA Executive Director David Rible to serve as a member of the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund (TTF) Authority.
Rible will succeed current UTCA CEO Robert Briant Jr., completing the remainder of his term, which runs through 2028. UTCA extends its sincere thanks to Bobby for his many years of dedicated service on the TTF Authority.
The Transportation Trust Fund Authority is an independent state agency responsible for financing the capital programs of both the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) and NJ Transit. In his new role, Rible will serve alongside the DOT Commissioner, the State Treasurer, and five public members.
Governor Phil Murphy nominated Rible in June, and his appointment was unanimously advanced by the Senate Judiciary Committee prior to today’s full Senate confirmation.
